DESIGN APPROACH
My design process stems from the direct needs & wants of the respective owner. Each project is conjured from a clean slate maximizing creativity giving the owner a truly one of kind experience from concept to move in. Initially, the owner is asked to complete a preliminary Q&A form that lists all requirements needed for the project. This provides organization & helps the process maintain simplicity for both the architect & the owner.
CONCEPT
Already have some ideas for your project that you feel pretty strong about? I welcome all materials possible making sure I deliver a design that you will be more than satisfied with. If you are rather new to new construction I also use my ability to "read the room" with the owner in order to achieve the same level of satisfaction. I understand that diffusing the worry of the owner is #1 priority to ensure successful completion.
DEVELOPMENT
Paired with tools in realistic visualizations and graphic presentation, the design begins to take shape during development. This is where you truly see what has bloomed from the concept phase and numbers will be crunched to ensure your budget is being met.
CONSTRUCTION
Most clients choose to outsource project management teams to supervise the construction phase. As an additional service I also provide such services as well at a negotiable rate.
